Precision tool and die maker

 

At Vortool Manufacturing we designs, manufactures, tests and repairs production tools, metal stamping dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and templates.

 

We are detail-oriented and read blueprints, sketches, CAD designs. We work at high tolerances +/-0.001 and use precision tools to take accurate measurements including calipers, micrometers, etc. when making workpieces.

 

Vortool Manufacturing tool & die makers layout, set-up, CNC machining, wire EDM cutting, heat treating, surface grinding, turning and cutting metal parts. We smooth and finishing components for metal stamping dies. We perform precision fitting, filing, shimming, so the parts would fit together properly. Install springs, gas springs, pins in die tooling.

 

Vortool Manufacturing performs test runs with completed metal stamping tools on punch presses to make sure everything works properly. We make adjustments as needed to comply with part specifications.
